Ensure escripts are in your path for current Elixir version, e.g. $HOME/.asdf/installs/elixir/1.4.1/.mix/scripts
mix escript.install https://github.com/usecanvas/app_bootstrap/releases/download/v0.0.2/app_bootstrap
