The relevant part used to be at the bottom of a long article, but now it is the first thing seen at the top. It was made based on Max's message on discord.

I don't agree with this change, actually. It's important to first explain that FreeCAD is free software, and to make sure users understand their rights regarding FOSS first, THEN we ask for donation. Not the contrary.

Is there a demo site to look at this?
This is the current site on my laptop:

I need to scroll 12 clicks until the donation box is beginning to be visible. Maybe it can be also improved by better layout and font.

This is what it looks like after the change. While taking screenshots, I noticed that blog images do not load until I get closer. I don't remember doing this on purpose, but it was nice.

If we were to do that, then the first section should be changed, because that page should not begin with "if you are unable to donate".

This is open-source software, and there are too many people who download FreeCAD and are not aware of this, they think their donation is "paying" for the software. We need to explain first, we need to tell people it's their right to download and use FreeCAD for free. FreeCAD is a volunteer effort before anything else, and donating is never someone should feel "forced" to do, never something we ask BEFORE telling people their rights. Money is not our priority. Making FOSS is.

We can rework the first paragraph if people feel it's too long of course. But IMHO the way it's proposed in this PR is not right.
