Soon Noir will require traits to be imported in order to use their methods.
It turns out that
IndexedTreeLeafPreimageandLeafPreimageshare two methods, and so a future version of Noir won't know which one to use. However, I noticed that maybeLeafPreimagewas meant to be a "pre-condition" ofIndexedTreeLeafPreimage, so that's what I did in this PR.Similarly,
Orderedis now a parent trait ofOrderedValue.
