Allow configuration reload triggered by process signal or some other on-demand means

I couldn't find any existing issues or discussion related to this idea, but some other terminals support reloading the configuration when getting a USR1 or USR2 signal. This would be a nice feature since I change theme colors based on wallpaper and being able to reload the themes on demand somehow would be useful.
