Area(s) with issue?

PowerToys Run

Steps to reproduce

I can't get a screenshot, unfortunately, but what is happening is esentially that when the PowerToys Run app is launched on 0.87.1 on Win11 24H2, whilst using Windows Explorer (with or without a file copy happening, it happens 100% of the time) the app with work asws expected launching in, but then one I have launched the app / opened the file and Run automatically closes, it won't give the focus back to Explorer, and will give it to the next app ( the one I had open before Explorer). I then cannot interact with the explorer.exe process (Windows Explorer or the taskbar and start menu, etc...) until I use taskgmr to restart/kill both Explorer and PowerToys. They don't 'freeze' as such, you don't get that stupid little dialogue box that asks if you want to wait or restart the app 'Windows Explorer has stopped responding'. You just can't interact with them.

✔️ Expected Behavior

The app focus would be handed straight back to the explorer.exe process that I was interacting with

❌ Actual Behavior

Explorer cannot be interacted with

Other Software

Windows Explorer, explorer.exe
Win11 24H2
