Description of the new feature / enhancement

To check for specific pattern of keys when pressed it re directs to something or anything

Scenario when this would be used?

For example if let us say when i open my Software (1) and i always have to open another application to work with it it could detect that and potentially open the another app such as{ Let us say i pressed windows then typed matlab and enter ....... suddenly matlab and File explorer both opens}

If possible a complicated version could be done with browsing sites.
It can also be used as a controller....... if i bymistakely open youtube and it redirects to me like to a another app or something to remind me not to open youtube

This sounds like PowerToys Run being able to launch Workspaces. Does that sound right to you? /needinfo
