Advanced Paste with other AI options

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I'm not a paid member of OpenAI so I cannot use AI for advanced paste.
However, there are also many other LLM models (Mistral, ...) for free, and I think it is necessary to add options for other AI models.
I use ollama which runs LLM on my personal computer, which I hope to be integrated into the advanced paste.

Scenario when this would be used?

It would be a nice feature for who can't pay for OpenAI or cannot access OpenAI due to the great firewall (in CN you know).
Also, I think ollama is a good option for users who want to keep their privacy, because it is run locally.

The current AI implantation should be reworked to operate in a more pluggable manner to allow for this. Work on this feature could also be paired up with #34526 as that code would be refactored in the process.
