EFIS baro changes while turning ISIS baro-knob when the hPa/inHg ISIS is selected

Describe the bug

Seemingly related to #9626.

Turning the ISIS baro-knob when the hPa/inHg ISIS is selected causes the EFIS QNH to change as well.
Switching the ISIS to hPa only mode removes the issue.

Expected behavior

Turning the ISIS baro-knob should not affect the EFIS QNH, regardless of which type of ISIS is selected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select hPa/inHg ISIS in the Aircraft Options
2. Turn the ISIS baro-knob and observe the EFIS QNH changing
3. Select hPa ISIS in the Aircraft Options
4. Turn the ISIS baro-knob and observe the EFIS QNH not changing
