I never have enough trays for things in the playroom so I think we just need to have some files with some standard sizes and make our own. They would be fit to purpose and standardized 👌

There are a lot of resources online already for this, I'm not sure we need to spend time drawing them from scratch.

I can't find the issue for the boxes we have in the office but those could be adapted to include handles or we could even just buy a set of files like this one to start off this project (there'll be a lot more stuff I'll want to draw from scratch):

This one is for 4mm ply but can be adapted, I'm not sure how thick we'd need this to be so that it's light enough for little hands but also robust enough to hold some of the materials.
The other non-negotiable requirement for me is handles like the ones in the picture above to make it easy for little hands.

@iteles these trays rely on 4mm plywood which is not available from our suppliers.
We can make our own very quickly. e.g: #77
