- 1 pkg Tofurky lightly seasoned chick'n
- 2 burrito size flour tortillas or wraps
- Pinch of salt
- Generous grating of black pepper
- Ingredients from a variant below
- 1-2 cups greens, such as arugula, baby kale, spinach, or romaine lettuce
- Sriracha
- Mayonnaise, to taste (we like Hellmann's)
- 2-4 cloves roasted garlic or garlic confit
- 1 Tbsp capers
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup peanut butter, heated in microwave for 30 seconds if refrigerated
- Sliced green onion
- 1-2 Heaping tablespoons Laoganma spicy chili crisp
- Combine all ingredients except greens in a bowl and stir. Taste and adjust for salt/pepper
- Heat a nonstick skillet over high heat for a few minutes. Put tortillas on pan for 15-30 seconds per side to soften
- Spread shredded greens over tortillas on a plate. Spoon chicken mixture over greens. Wrap burrito style.
