Different columns per row?

I have an interface in mind, and I don't think it's possible in Tanstack Table? Though, maybe something can be hacked together via header groups?

I'd like to show different set of columns per row, depending on that row's data. Something like this (made up example):

Student name	Enrollment status	Room	Tuition
John Smith	Enrolled	101	$100
Mary Smith	Graduated	#N/A
