Social sharing networks not saving

I couldn't see a pattern, but I've tried enabling/disabling social networks multiple times and at some point, the networks are not saved, unless I refresh the page.
I tried to show this in a video.

I have tested this feature too, but in my case, the social sharing icons are not showing, except the Whatsapp one. even if I empty the cache. ( https://prnt.sc/xz1yiv )
After you save the changes, it gives this message ( https://prnt.sc/xyz3rl ).

To try something else, I have disabled the Whatsapp icon, hit save, it saved the changes, but when I tried to put the icon back, it didn't work.
